Ordering and Pricing
The minimum order is 30 gallons.
Deliveries under 100 gallons carry a $25 minimum delivery fee plus the per-gallon price. Larger deliveries get volume discounts.
Once you place your order, your price is guaranteed for the quantity ordered.

Delivery
You see a projected delivery date when you order. Deliveries are completed within 48 hours of the order date, subject to weather and operations. To check the expected date, log in to your account and open order history. The delivery schedule can change because of weather, vehicle maintenance and other circumstances beyond our control.
You usually do not need to be home for delivery, as long as the driver has access to the fill. Where required, the first delivery to an inside tank includes a one-time inspection at no cost.
Emergency delivery is available in some areas for an additional charge. Select it when you place your order.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards, Zelle, and cash on delivery.
Your card is charged when you order. If you order a fill, your card is charged for your total tank capacity, then credited for any gallons that do not fit. If you order a set number of gallons, such as 200, you are charged for that amount and credited the same way.
You are credited for any gallons that do not fit in your tank, so you only pay for gallons received.
Your Tank
Every heating oil tank has a usable capacity that is less than its actual capacity. A 275 gallon tank has a usable capacity of about 256 gallons. The remaining space is needed during filling to avoid spills and to allow for expansion as the fuel warms. Your driver must stop pumping when the vent alarm shows the tank is full.
Measure the number of inches of fuel in your tank, then use the Tank Chart to find how many gallons are in your size tank.
No Heat
Close doors, windows and other openings to hold in heat, and use any supplemental heat source safely and as its manufacturer directs. Make sure you are actually out of oil, since a blocked filter, strainer or nozzle can also cause no heat. If you have oil but no heat, call a heating contractor. Place an order and select emergency delivery where available. If you run out of oil, you can add kerosene or diesel fuel to your heating oil tank until your delivery arrives. Both burn safely in your burner. Usually 5 or 10 gallons lasts a day or two, depending on the temperature and the size of your home.
If you have run out of oil, you likely need a Prime and Start to get air out of the fuel line so your burner can re-light. Order it online when you place your order, and be home to give access to your boiler or furnace. Where it is not available, contact a local heating contractor.
Security
The site uses an SSL certificate and maintains PCI compliance. Card data is passed to the processor and not stored.
